July 28th, Heritage Baptist Church hosted Calhoun Gordon County Fellowship of Christian Athletes’ Night of Champions. Kim Lamb wrote this about the event.
God is so good! Last night July 28th, FCA hosted over 300 athletes and coaches for our annual NIGHT OF CHAMPIONS. To say it was amazing is an understatement. Our speaker, Nathan Norwood brought a great message: “Diverse, Different, but Together.” We all have talents, but we also have a gifting to use for God. It’s time for us to GO! We are equipped…now it’s up to us to use it for His purposes! Athletes have influence and the ability to make a huge impact on our school campuses. Let’s support them in doing what only they can do.
